He was instrumental in opening several popular restaurant brands like BANJARA, LEGACY OF CHINA, ENIGMA, SLICE OF LIME, URBAN TADKA, POP TATES, MASALA MANTAR, TIMBUCTOO, THE BUBBLEGUMROUTE, JALEBI CHOWK, THE OAKS LOUNGE & BAR, OLIVIA –THE COFFEE SHOP, HAPPY SINGHwhereby he gained the reputation of setting up OUT OF THE BOX EATERIES…catering to the youth of today.

With a strong industry knowledge, his restaurants are very today & he is a hands-on RESTAURANT CONSULTANT who feels the pulse of the clientele his restaurant will cater to. All the restaurants that he has created are known for their amazing food & their unique interiors.
